ChroMap

ChroMap is a generic tool to view, analyses and quantitate mirco-array based data to a genome.

Presently we use ChroMap to explore CGH and transcription profiling data.

ChroMap is optimized to work with tab-delimited flat file databases.

The whole functionality may be applied to any kind of tab-delimited regular data files containing numerical data (e.g. miRNAs, Proteins ...) or non-biological data, which contain detailed genome coordinates at a single base position level.
