SUMO's Gene-Net Viewer

SUMO's Gene-Net Viewer is a basic tool to visualize Gene-Nets created by SUMO's Net Builder.



You may freely edit the networks:

• move single or multiple nodes
• change colors, fonts, style of nodes
• add or remove nodes
• add or remove lnks between nodes
• show seleced nodes in a new viewer
• ...

Furthermore you may analyze your networks by looking at link degree distribution, find shortest connecting tree between nodes, .....

NetViewer can import several standard network file formats and may be used for working with any kind of network.

At present, Netviewer can hold netwoks with up to 10000 nodes, each connecting to 1000 neighbours.
