Clicking the COMPUTE button on the Input data tab, all computations are performed.
First step is basic statistics for replicates:
For each dose point are computed and shown

| Data # | The number of data points found in the Input data table. CS-Cal scans the entire row of the spreadsheet for each dose row. Any non-empty cell is used; thus you may have different replica numbers for the individual dose points.. |
| Mean | The arithmetic mean from all replicated colony counts. |
| SDev | Standard deviation from all replicated colony counts |
| SDev % | Coefficient of variation: SDev / Mean |
| Col / Cell | Number of Colonies per seeded Cell ( Mean/Seed#) = Plating Efficiacy (PE) |
| ln (Col/Cell) | Natural logarithm of PE |
Click the
Copy STATISTICS button
to copy all statistics data into clipboard for later re-use in any other program.
For the other data scroll the data table to the left.
